Favourites prevail despite moment of shock

In the two opening games of Group B, the two favourites John Deere and BG powered by Stark won out against mYinsanity and CLAAS respectively. A small surprise was caused by the fact that CLAAS was the only team in the World Championship so far to rely on the combination of Slight Edge and Transport Company.

In the following loser's game mYinsanity was able to prevail and knocked CLAAS out of the tournament. The Esports team from Switzerland benefited in the first match of the Bo3 from the fact that CLAAS had dropped too many of their bales in the lower gate of the barn and therefore lost due to a few points difference.

The match between John Deere and BG offered the spectators a lot of spectacle. In a fiercely fought Bo3, John Deere set the daily record with 830 points. But that was not enough to beat BG.

At the end of the group phase mYinsanity had the chance for a revenge. John Deere already had to cope with a moment of shock in the starting phase of the first game, because one thresher was not completely captured. The handicap did not put John Deere off, however, and in the end he won by a narrow margin and continues as group runner-up.
