Trelleborg wins gamescom 2019 Tournament

Once more, fans of Team Trelleborg have a reason to cheer, as the boys in blue and white took first place at the gamescom 2019 tournament. We congratulate them and wish them good luck for their future tournaments in Farming Simulator League Season 2!

They fought their way into the quarter-finals against Team Bednar on Friday in Best of 3 matches, winning 2:0 with a top score of 798. Once the quarter-finals started on Saturday, they faced off against mYinsanity, scoring 806 : 624 points and going up against Krone, who rushed Lindner out of the finals. This secured them their spot in the finals.

On the other side of the tournament, Horsch has shown that they know how to juggle bales and won against Landeier by Astragon and John Deere, moving into the finale against Trelleborg.

The first round of the Best of 3 match was a close victory for Trelleborg, who pushed very hard against Horsch, but managed to win 776 : 746. But it wasn’t a made match, as Horsch put up hard resistance in the second game, dropping tons of wheat to ensure they have the best multiplier available to them, winning 867 : 538. This did not make Trelleborg flinch, as they went into the third game and pushed right back at Horsch, snatching victory from their opponents in a clear 705: 293 victory.

Congratulations to Lukas Bauer, Simon Hollweck and Joshua Lobenhofer for their second victory, granting them 2,000 € in cash, 600 € in hardware from Logitech G and a 500 € Nitrado voucher.
